We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant to support the founder of a small but growing tech startup. This is a part-time, hourly role perfect for someone tech-savvy, proactive, and comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT to enhance research, content creation, and online marketing efforts.

What You’ll Do (depending on your skills and engagement):
Admin & Task Management
• Assist the CEO with various tasks, reminders, and follow-ups.
• Manage
• Organize data, notes, and updates in our CRM (HubSpot, Notion, or similar).
Content & Social Media
• Research topics using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to generate insights and ideas.
• Prepare social media post drafts for the founder’s
• Post updates, reply to comments, and engage with the audience.
Digital Marketing & SEO
• Research and execute link-building strategies (e.g., guest blogging outreach).
• Reach out to websites for guest post opportunities to improve SEO rankings.
• Conduct competitor analysis and industry research for content marketing.
