JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant to support the founder of a small but growing tech startup. This is a part-time, hourly role perfect for someone tech-savvy, proactive, and comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT to enhance research, content creation, and online marketing efforts.

What You’ll Do (depending on your skills and engagement):

Admin & Task Management
• Assist the CEO with various tasks, reminders, and follow-ups.
• Manage emails and respond on behalf of the founder when needed.
• Organize data, notes, and updates in our CRM (HubSpot, Notion, or similar).

Content & Social Media
• Research topics using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to generate insights and ideas.
• Prepare social media post drafts for the founder’s Upgrade to see actual info and Twitter.
• Post updates, reply to comments, and engage with the audience.

Digital Marketing & SEO
• Research and execute link-building strategies (e.g., guest blogging outreach).
• Reach out to websites for guest post opportunities to improve SEO rankings.
• Conduct competitor analysis and industry research for content marketing.

Who You Are:
• Experienced in admin work, research, and digital marketing.
• Comfortable with AI tools, social media, and CRMs (or eager to learn).
• Highly organized, proactive, and great at following up on tasks.
• Strong written English skills for email communication and content drafting.
• Reliable and responsive, with the ability to work independently.
