Position Overview:

We are in search of a dedicated Virtual Assistant / Lead Generation Specialist to enhance our outreach and client engagement efforts. This role is pivotal in identifying potential clients, doing online outreach to these prospects, and logging activity in our CRM. The ideal candidate will be an organized, tech-savvy professional with experience in lead generation, client outreach, and administrative support. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to expand our client base and ensure a smooth operational flow.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and manage lead generation and outreach campaigns to identify potential clients.
Use various platforms and tools to gather and organize lead information, ensuring data accuracy and usability.
Conduct initial outreach to potential clients, providing them with information about our services and the value we offer.
Schedule consultations between potential clients and our sales team, managing calendars and reminders to ensure seamless communication.
Provide administrative support to the marketing and client service teams, including managing email correspondences, preparing reports, and handling inquiries.
Collaborate with the team to refine outreach strategies and improve the lead generation process based on performance analytics and feedback.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, acting as a positive first point of contact for our brand.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in lead generation, virtual assistance, or a similar role, preferably in a digital marketing or marketing agency space.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with potential clients and team members.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a remote work environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software (High Level), email marketing tools, and various online platforms for lead generation and data management.
Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
