Virtual Assistant – Lead Generation & Outreach (Forex Niche, Part-Time)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant (VA) with experience in lead generation, cold outreach, and forex trading to help us grow our business.

Your main role will be finding and engaging potential traders through social media platforms such as Instagram, Telegram, LinkedIn, and Facebook groups. You will be responsible for initiating conversations, qualifying leads, and tracking outreach efforts.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Research
• Identify potential forex traders on Instagram, Telegram, LinkedIn, Facebook groups, and trading forums.
• Use research and data-scraping methods to find potential traders based on specific criteria.
• Maintain an organized database of prospects using Google Sheets, Notion, or CRM tools.

Cold Outreach & Messaging
• Send personalized outreach messages to potential traders.
• Start meaningful conversations and qualify traders based on their experience level.
• Handle basic forex-related objections and answer common questions about trading platforms, spreads, leverage, etc.
• Follow up with warm leads to keep them engaged.

Tracking & Performance Optimization
• Log daily outreach activities and update lead progress reports.
• Track which outreach strategies work best and improve messaging.
• Meet weekly lead generation & engagement targets (specific goals will be provided).

Team Communication & Reporting
• Provide daily updates via WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger or Instagram.
• Work closely with the team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Qualifications & Requirements (Must Have!):

Proven experience in lead generation, cold outreach, or sales prospecting.
Basic knowledge of forex trading is REQUIRED – Must understand:
• How forex trading works (pips, leverage, spreads, lot sizes).
• The role of brokers & Introducing Brokers (IBs).
• Common trader concerns & objections.
Strong written communication skills – Must be able to craft engaging messages.
Self-motivated & goal-driven – Able to work independently and hit outreach goals.
Detail-oriented & organized – Must track leads properly and follow structured outreach strategies.
Familiarity with Google Sheets, Notion, CRM tools (preferred but not required).

Salary & Benefits:

Salary:
• $400-$600 CAD/month (Part-Time, 10–20 hrs/week)
• Equivalent to $5-$7.50 CAD per hour
