Virtual Assistant – Instagram Engagement/Growth, Email Outreach & Lead Generation

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to handle social media engagement, email outreach, and lead generation. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills (verbal and written), strong attention to detail, and a proactive + creative + high energy + positive attitude mindset. Ability to go above and beyond + grow our business will result in higher pay!!!

Responsibilities:

? Instagram Engagement/Growth
* Engage (like/comment) on targeted accounts’ posts (according to schedule/in feed) to boost engagement/account growth
* Follow/unfollow new accounts from 3rd party platforms (e.g. Skool, Heartbeat) and log activity in a Google Sheets tracker
* Manage/organize, and respond to DMs and inbox messages professionally
* Conduct outbound DM (lead generation) outreach

? Email Outreach
* Send personalized email outreach and follow ups (following a provided script) to potential leads across the nursing home, beauty pageant, startup/entrepreneurship, and health and fitness industries
* Manage and track email responses
* Maintain an outreach log and update the employer regularly

? Lead Generation
* Assist in refining lead generation strategies based on results

Requirements:
? Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.)?? Must be available for live training sessions over Zoom at coordinated times?? Excellent written and spoken English?? Strong attention to detail, pattern recognition (to identify areas of improvement/increase efficiency), ability to follow instructions, efficient + intuitive, and ask questions when unsure how to do something?? Reliable internet connection
? A positive, upbeat, creative, energetic, hungry, willingness to learn and grow together mindset

Preferred:
???? Experience in social media engagement strategies????? Experience in lead generation and outreach campaigns????? Willingness to contribute strategic insights to improve processes/efficiency????? Preferred Technology: iPhone & MacBook Pro (but not required)
