Virtual Assistant - Infographic (Graphic) Designer – Full-Time (Remote)

About the Role
Trial Bay IT Services is looking for a talented Infographic Designer to create high-quality, professional infographics and visual content for our business needs. You will work closely with Mark to transform complex data and ideas into clear, visually appealing graphics that enhance our presentations, reports, and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design engaging infographics that simplify complex information.
2. Create visuals for reports, presentations, and marketing materials.
3. Work with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) to format and present content professionally.
4. Ensure branding consistency across all visual assets.
5. Communicate effectively with Mark to understand project requirements and deliver revisions as needed.
6. Meet deadlines and maintain a high standard of work quality.

Required Skills & Tools:
1. Graphic Design Experience – Strong ability to design professional and creative visuals.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
3. Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop – For advanced design work.
4. Canva or Figma (optional) – Bonus if you have experience with these.
5. Excellent English communication skills – To collaborate effectively with Mark.
6. Strong attention to detail – Ability to deliver polished, error-free work.

Salary & Hours:
Salary: $400 AUD per month
Hours: 30 hours per week (Full-Time)
