We are seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our international healthcare recruitment operations. The ideal candidate will help manage administrative tasks, candidate documentation, and client communications for healthcare professionals seeking opportunities in Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain candidate database using JobAdder.
Source candidates through
Format and standardise candidate CVs according to our company templates.
Liaising with candidates to arrange video interviews and coordinate interviews between candidates and Australian healthcare employers.
Schedule and track candidate document submissions.
Process compliance documentation, including references, work rights and required certifications.
Handle
Manage our healthcare database including job application and candidate enquiries.
Follow up on pending documentation and outstanding requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with database management
Experience with JobAdder preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Required Experience:
Minimum 2 years of administrative or virtual assistance experience
Background in recruitment and healthcare sector preferred
