JOB OVERVIEW

We are a UK-based short-term residential letting company looking for a highly skilled Virtual Assistant to join our team. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional guest experiences and require a detail-oriented and proactive individual to assist with guest communication and administrative tasks.

Job Description:
As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a key role in managing our day-to-day operations, including:
• Handling guest communication via phone, email, and chat (check-ins, check-outs, inquiries, and issue resolution).
• Managing property listings and coordinating with online travel agencies (Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, etc.).
• Extending and building relationships with our customer base to obtain corporate bookings
• Organising cleaning and maintenance schedules.
• Updating records, processing guest details, and maintaining Google Workspace for efficient data management.

Key Requirements:
• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) for guest support.
• Ability to discuss and manage complex bookings with corporate clients
• Calendar management – scheduling cleanings, maintenance, and bookings.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) for data entry and organization.
• Experience in guest support/customer service, especially with corporate clients.
• Tech-savvy and highly organized – ability to multitask across different platforms.
• Strong attention to detail – essential for guest experience and admin tasks.
• Reliable computer/laptop (with an extended monitor), stable internet connection, and backup data.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a small team with daily Zoom meetings.

Bonus Skills (Experience of these would an advantage)
• Revenue management – updating rates,
• managing OTA listings,
• channel manager integration - Tokeet

Work Hours:
• Monday – Friday: 11 AM – 5 PM UK Time (to be confirmed during discussion).
• Weekend shift availability (Saturday or Sunday) is a plus.

What We Offer:
• Hourly rate: $4.00 USD
• After 1-month induction:
o Pay increase to $4.25/hr
o 8 days of paid holidays per year (proportional to working hours)
o Christmas bonus (equivalent to one month’s pay)
o Annual pay review
