Responsibilities
GoHighLevel Platform Support

Configure and manage GoHighLevel features, including workflows, automations, and the Voice AI assistant.
Train and optimize the Voice AI to handle property inquiries effectively.
Build and maintain CRM funnels, lead management systems, and text-based follow-ups.
Website Development

Design, develop, and maintain websites tailored to the needs of Clear Property Solutions.
Ensure responsive design, SEO optimization, and user-friendly navigation.
Integrate property listing databases, contact forms, and other essential functionalities.
Content Creation & Management

Assist with creating property-specific landing pages and automated workflows.
Develop visually appealing and engaging pages using tools like WordPress, Showit, or similar platforms.
System Integration

Ensure seamless integration between GoHighLevel, property listing platforms, and external tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
Administrative Support

Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables related to AI and website development.
Provide progress updates and collaborate with the team to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
Proven experience with GoHighLevel, including workflow automations and CRM management.
Proficiency in website development (e.g., WordPress, Showit, Wix, or Squarespace).
Basic understanding of SEO principles and responsive design.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results under minimal supervision.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in real estate or tenant placement industries.
Familiarity with Voice AI systems and chatbot configuration.
Knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience with integrations using Zapier or similar platforms.
