- Streamlining and automating their CRM with GHL to improve efficiency and reduce time spent on manual tasks.

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel expert to support us with:
- Automations (workflows, triggers, CRM setup)
- API integrations between GoHighLevel and third-party applications
- AI chatbot development for customer interactions and lead management
- WhatsApp automation, including AI-enhanced responses
- Social media marketing & lead generation (specifically B2B lead generation)
- Email marketing & cold outreach campaigns (e.g., Instantly.ai)
- Domain registration & email authentication setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
- Phone number integrations & client onboarding automation

This is a long-term opportunity for the right candidate, as we have ongoing projects requiring advanced technical expertise and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
- Set up and optimize workflows & triggers in GoHighLevel.
- Develop API integrations between GoHighLevel and external platforms.
- Streamline and improve the client onboarding process.
- Implement and test WhatsApp automation, possibly enhanced with AI.
- Configure and manage phone number integrations within GoHighLevel.
- Build and train AI bots for customer interactions and lead nurturing.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing automations and integrations.
- Develop and execute social media marketing campagnes for lead generation.
- Set up and manage cold email outreach campaigns (Instantly.ai, Mailshake, etc.).
- Ensure email deliverability by configuring SPF, DKIM, and DMARC settings.
- Execute B2B lead generation campaigns, focusing on high-quality lead acquisition.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience with GoHighLevel (automations, workflows, triggers, CRM setup).
- Strong API integration skills (Postman, JSON, OAuth, custom scripts).
- Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, Pabbly).
Knowledge of AI chatbots and training models for customer interactions.
- Experience with WhatsApp automation, ideally AI-powered.
- Ability to configure and manage phone number integrations in GoHighLevel.
- Social media marketing & B2B lead generation expertise.
- Email marketing & mass cold outreach experience.
- Understanding of SPF, DKIM, and DMARC settings for email authentication.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
