Virtual Assistant Job Description
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Virtual Assistant to streamline administrative and technical tasks, enabling leadership to focus on strategic priorities. The ideal candidate will possess expert-level spreadsheet skills, intermediate to advanced technical skills, and the ability to identify and implement process optimizations.

Key Responsibilities
-Report Maintenance & Tech Support
-Maintain and troubleshoot production reports.
-Diagnose and resolve spreadsheet errors caused by formula issues or incorrect data, exercising analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
Payroll Administration
-Process payroll using iSolved payroll software (training provided).

Recruiting & Calendar Management
-Coordinate with leadership, recruiting staff, and directors to manage interview and recruiting calendars.
Computer Setup & Technical Support
-Assist with remote setup of employee computers and resolve basic IT issues.

Process Optimization
-Identify opportunities to improve workflows and recommend enhancements.

Skills & Qualifications
-Expert proficiency in spreadsheets (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel).
-Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including remote troubleshooting.
-Strong organizational and communication skills.
-Ability to work independently and solve problems creatively.

Work Schedule & Communication
-Real-time availability required for at least a few hours per day between 9 AM and 3 PM Eastern Time.
-Communication primarily via email and chat, with occasional phone calls (especially during onboarding).
