Virtual Assistant (Funnel Builder - GHL, WordPress, and Pabbly Expert)

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Virtual Assistant with experience in building complex acquisition funnels using GoHighLevel (GHL), WordPress, and Pabbly Connect (Zapier alternative). The ideal candidate will assist with setting up a lead generation funnel, automating workflows, and ensuring seamless integration across platforms.

The VA will be responsible for:
1. Building the Funnel Flow as per the provided diagram (Landing Pages, Thank You Pages, Pricing Pages, etc.) in GoHighLevel and WordPress.
2. Automating Workflows:
3. Set up integrations using Pabbly Connect to connect GHL, WordPress, email sequences, contract management, and payment processes.
4. Email Sequences and Follow-ups:
5. Creating multi-step email sequences (nurture, no-show follow-ups, non-converter sequences).
6. Setting up Webhooks:
7. Use Pabbly to create necessary subscription, contract, and onboarding automations.
8. Managing Client Onboarding Funnel:
9. Build onboarding forms and instructions for clients (Access & Permissions, Asset Gathering, Strategy Kick-off, etc.).
10. Testing and Troubleshooting:
11. Ensure smooth connections and functionality between tools and workflows.
