PrimeTime Customs HTX specializes in custom automotive work, providing top-notch service and unique customizations for our clients. We're expanding our team and seeking a proactive and personable Virtual Assistant to manage communications, appointment scheduling, and client inquiries to help our business run smoothly.
Role Overview:
This role mainly involves handling client messages across social media, scheduling appointments, and sometimes answering phone calls to ensure each client receives excellent service. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, customer-focused, and efficient in a virtual workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management: Respond promptly to
Appointment Scheduling: Organize and schedule client appointments, coordinating with our shop team to keep operations smooth and on time.
Phone Support: Professionally answer incoming calls, handle client questions, and direct inquiries appropriately.
Requirements:
Customer Service Experience: Experience in customer service, appointment scheduling, or social media support.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English, with a friendly and professional tone.
Organized & Reliable: Able to work independently, manage multiple responsibilities, and prioritize effectively.
Available: Able to respond to messages and calls during U.S. business hours.
Tech-Savvy: Familiar with social media platforms, scheduling software, and basic phone systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience as a virtual assistant or customer service representative.
Knowledge of or interest in the automotive industry is a plus.
We provide training that we have mastered over the last 5 years in business.
