About the Role
We are looking for a Payment & Compliance Specialist to support our finance and compliance operations. In this full-time, remote position, you will manage payment changes, ensure VAT and invoicing compliance, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Approve/reject payment changes and ensure VAT compliance.
- Process payments and invoices in Tipalti and Exact Online, verifying details.
- Work with Payment Preparer and Client Managers to resolve discrepancies.
- Investigate and resolve failed or delayed payments.
- Generate and adjust invoices as needed.

Requirements:
- Experience in finance, payments, or invoicing.
- Familiarity with Tipalti, Exact Online, or similar platforms (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Availability Monday to Friday during CET business hours.
- Good proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
