The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of federal procurement processes, possess strong research and organizational skills, and be comfortable navigating federal contracting platforms such as Upgrade to see actual info and related databases.

Responsibilities:

Research and identify federal contracting opportunities aligned with Solace Minds LLC's business objectives.

Analyze and summarize bid requirements, deadlines, and evaluation criteria.

Prepare and submit proposals/bids accurately and efficiently.

Monitor bid statuses and provide timely updates.

Maintain detailed records of contracts, submissions, and awarded bids.

Requirements:

Proven experience in federal government contracting and bidding processes.

Familiarity with federal procurement systems (e.g., Upgrade to see actual info, FPDS, GovWin).

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.

Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous success securing federal contracts.

Experience with creative solutions and problem-solving in the bidding process.

Compensation:

Base pay of $300/month.

Additional bonus or commission awarded for each successful contract secured.
