Primary Responsibilities:
Email
* Reply to inbound newsletter
1. Becoming a bootcamp lead
2. Contributing to a survey
3. Contributing to the knowledge base
* Identify and qualify potential leads through initial conversation and pass to sales to expand the pipeline.
* Send follow up
* Accurately record and manage prospects interactions in CRM/Google Sheets, ensuring all relevant information is up-to-date.
* Update tags and lead status in
Outreach:
* Conduct outbound outreach on LinkedIn or
1. Becoming a bootcamp lead
2. Contributing to a survey
3. Contributing to the knowledge base
* Create and maintain the list of people to outreach
* Send reports and keep status up to date
* Follow up or pass to sales
LinkedIn Management:
* Reply to comments on our LinkedIn pages or escalate the question/comment to the team if unable to address.
* Add potential leads to CRM/Google Sheets based on LinkedIn to inform sales and move leads to the next step.
Data Entry & Organization:
* Perform data entry tasks and organize Google Sheets.
* Manually segment
* Utilize data scraping tools to extract relevant information (e.g., X, Y, Z tools).
* Build and filter lists based on set parameters from databases or scrapped data.
* Assist in preparing and compiling reports or insights from collected data.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Proven experience in
* Familiarity with data scraping tools and techniques.
* Previous experience in SDR sales, lead generation, or outbound outreach roles (preferred but not required).
* Experience with
* Familiarity with lead generation tools and CRM software.
