Virtual Assistant - E-commerce, Content Creation, Social Media, and Digital Marketing

We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and proactive Virtual Assistant from the Philippines to join our growing team. This is a long-term, full-time role with opportunities for growth, performance-based bonuses, and a chance to work closely with a supportive and collaborative team. The ideal candidate will have experience with e-commerce platforms like Etsy or Shopify, content creation, social media management, and a keen interest in publishing and digital marketing. You will be playing a crucial role in managing our Etsy store, creating engaging content, and helping expand our presence across YouTube, blogs, and other platforms.

**Role & Responsibilities:
*Product Mockups: Create professional product mockups using Canva or Kittle for Etsy listings and social media posts.
SEO Optimization: Optimize Etsy listings (titles, descriptions, and tags) using SEO tools like Everbee or Sales Samurai to improve rankings and increase sales.

*Listing Management: Manage and update Etsy listings, ensuring they are optimized for SEO and compelling for potential buyers.

*Social Media Management: Schedule and manage posts on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube to increase engagement and drive traffic.

*Customer Service: Respond to customer emails and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing excellent service to ensure long-term relationships.

*Email Marketing: Set up and manage email marketing campaigns to keep customers informed about new products, promotions, and updates.

*YouTube Channel Management: Assist in creating, editing, and uploading YouTube videos, including managing SEO for video titles, descriptions, and tags.

*Blog Posting: Research, write, and publish engaging blog content to inform and drive traffic to our business.
eBook Publishing: Assist in formatting, editing, and publishing eBooks on platforms like Amazon KDP.
Community Engagement: Actively engage with our community across forums like Slack and social media platforms, building strong relationships with customers and users.

*Influencer & Partnership Building: Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and industry experts to expand partnerships and grow the brand's reach.

*Content Creation: Develop and publish educational content (e.g., guides, FAQs, videos, blog posts, and courses) to engage and support our audience.

**Preferred Qualifications:
*E-commerce Experience: Familiarity with Etsy, Shopify, or similar e-commerce platforms.
*Design Skills: Proficiency in Canva or Kittle for creating visually appealing product mockups.
*SEO Knowledge: Experience optimizing listings for search visibility, using tools like Everbee or Sales Samurai.
*Social Media Expertise: Experience managing and scheduling posts on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube.
*Content Creation: Strong writing skills for blog posts, video scripts, and eBooks, with the ability to create compelling, informative content.
*Customer Service: Experience in handling customer inquiries with a focus on customer satisfaction.
*Email Marketing: Experience with email marketing platforms like MailChimp or Klaviyo for managing campaigns.
*YouTube Management: Experience with creating and managing YouTube content, including video editing, uploading, and optimizing video metadata.
*eBook Publishing: Familiarity with formatting and publishing eBooks on platforms like Amazon KDP.
Influencer Partnerships: Experience in building and managing relationships with influencers and industry partners.
