JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Virtual Assistant (VA) to help manage and grow our e-commerce and digital product business. The ideal candidate will be experienced in sales funnels, automation, social media marketing, and lead generation.

This is a long-term role with opportunities for growth as we scale our operations.

Responsibilities:
E-Commerce & Digital Product Setup:
Upload & manage digital products (PDFs, courses, templates, etc.)
Set up product sales pages, order bumps, and upsells
Handle checkout & payment processing integration (Stripe, PayPal, etc.)

Marketing & Lead Generation:
Run & optimize Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube ads
Execute organic growth strategies (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
Set up email marketing campaigns & automation sequences

Sales Funnel & Automation:
Build & optimize sales funnels (GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, Shopify, Gumroad)
Set up chatbots, DM automation, and lead capture systems
Manage abandoned cart recovery & retargeting strategies

Customer & Lead Management:
Engage with leads via DMs, emails, and social media
Provide customer support (answer questions, resolve issues, process refunds)
Monitor and track sales performance & conversions

Growth & Optimization:
Conduct market research & competitor analysis
Identify new opportunities for scaling digital product sales
Track performance & analyze data for better marketing ROI

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
Experience with e-commerce & digital product sales (PDFs, templates, courses)
Familiar with ad platforms (Facebook, Google, TikTok, YouTube ads)
Ability to set up & manage automated sales funnels (GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, Shopify)
Proficient in chatbot setup, DM automation, and email marketing
Strong written English skills (for handling customer inquiries & lead generation)
Analytical mindset (able to track and optimize performance)
Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
