Are you a highly skilled and motivated professional looking to work with a growing company? We’re on the lookout for fresh talent to join our team and help us expand our online presence!

We manage two primary websites:

A spiritual development platform – Currently being developed using custom WordPress design and GoHighLevel.
An established electrical contractor website – This site has been around for years, but we are now overhauling it with fresh content, engaging videos (including employee testimonials), and new commercial advertisements.
We already have a full-time web designer (14+ years of experience) to handle technical development, so this role will focus on content creation, digital marketing, and platform management.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a full-time, highly skilled Virtual Assistant / Digital Marketer who can:
Proficiently work with GoHighLevel to build sales funnels, manage courses, and optimize automations.
Handle customer emails and ensure smooth communication with our audience.
Assist with content strategy for the electrical contracting website, helping with layout, branding, and overall website improvements.
Create and manage branded content (graphics, social media posts, and marketing materials) using Canva.
Edit and upload videos for YouTube and social media using CapCut and other editing tools.
Implement targeted online advertising and optimize campaigns (bonus if you have a proven track record in social media marketing).

Required Skills & Software Experience

GoHighLevel – Excellent skills required (funnel building, automation, CRM, course management)
Google Drive Apps (Google Sheets, Google Docs) – Good skills required
WordPress – Basic skills required
Social Media Marketing – Preferred; serious consideration given for a proven track record
Canva – Must-have skill (strong experience in branding & design)
CapCut + YouTube – Preferred; serious consideration given for a proven track record in video editing & YouTube optimization

Experience & Portfolio Requirements

You must have a portfolio showcasing your past work, including:

Funnels and automation you've built in GoHighLevel
Social media or advertising campaigns you’ve worked on (if applicable)
Branding, graphics, or website content you’ve created
Video editing samples (if applicable)
You don’t need experience in every skill listed above, but having multiple relevant skills is a big plus!
