Virtual Assistant – Detail-Oriented, Proactive, and Client-Facing

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented, proactive Virtual Assistant with a self-starter mindset to join our fast-growing AI Automation Agency. This role requires someone with exceptional organizational skills, client-facing experience, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while delivering high-quality results.

You will work closely with our team and clients to manage communications, oversee task execution, and handle various responsibilities, including updating websites, workflows, email sequences, and more.

Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and clear communication regarding updates and project progress.
Collaborate with the team to assign, track, and manage tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.
Update and maintain workflows, websites, and email sequences as required.
Assist with building and optimizing AI chatbots using tools like ChatGPT and HighLevel (GHL).
Perform data entry, documentation, and administrative tasks with a focus on accuracy.
Identify potential issues or opportunities and proactively provide solutions or improvements.
Maintain a high standard of work quality and ensure tasks are completed with precision.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role, preferably with client-facing responsibilities.
Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to professionally interact with clients.
Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of managing tasks independently.
Experience with ChatGPT and HighLevel (GHL) or similar platforms.
Proficiency in updating websites, workflows, and email sequences.
Comfortable managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks effectively.
Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Trello, or similar project management tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Zapier, Make, or other workflow automation software.
Background in sales, appointment setting, or customer success roles.
Previous remote work experience, particularly in a fast-paced environment.
