Virtual Assistant: DM Outreach & Appointment Setter for Achilles Accelerator

About Us:
Achilles Accelerator is a premium coaching brand dedicated to helping men transform their physiques and lives through proven systems. We specialize in achieving top-tier results with minimal time investment, offering a 90-day blueprint to a Greek God physique.

We’re rapidly scaling and need a driven Virtual Assistant to handle DM outreach, manage leads, and set appointments for high-ticket coaching clients.

Responsibilities:
1. Execute Our Proven DM Sales Flow:
• Send scripted initial DMs to potential leads.
• Handle replies and follow-ups with leads to nurture relationships.
• Prequalify prospects for high-ticket coaching.
2. Appointment Setting:
• Schedule calls with qualified leads on the coach’s calendar.
• Ensure clear communication with clients and handle scheduling conflicts.
3. Lead Management:
• Organize and track leads in our CRM or spreadsheets.
• Follow up with unresponsive leads using our provided scripts.
4. Engagement:
• Reply to comments and DMs on social media to generate interest.
• Engage with followers to build trust and rapport.
5. Administrative Support:
• Maintain organized communication logs.
• Provide weekly updates on leads and sales progress.


Requirements:
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Experience with DM outreach, appointment setting, or sales (preferred but not required).
• Ability to learn and follow our sales scripts and processes.
• A proactive, results-driven attitude.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones.

Pay Structure:
• Base Pay: $500–$1,000/month (depending on experience).
• Performance Bonus: Earn commissions for every successful appointment set or sale closed.
