Virtual Assistant: Customer service, ecommerce brand management

We are looking for a new customer service rep who can assist us with our brand.

- Handling our brands email inbox
- Handling chargebacks and customer complaints
- Close contact about product issues with our suppliers
- Helping with photo editing and working with AI tools like Midjourney and Flair

Previous experience is preferred
