We’re scaling fast and need a proactive, detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to help us keep up with demand and ensure smooth operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Manage active food orders and resolve issues in real time
- Communicate via voice and chat with restaurants, drivers, and customers
- Process refunds and resolve disputes with restaurant and delivery partners
- Track recurring issues and suggest improvements to workflows
- Join weekly meetings to review trends and optimize processes

Who You Are

- Fluent, near-native English speaker with strong verbal and written skills
- Detail-oriented, able to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Quick problem solver, stays calm and adapts in fast-moving situations
- Proactive and reliable, takes initiative without needing constant direction
- Tech-savvy, comfortable using Google Suite, chat tools, and digital platforms

Bonus Skills
- Experience in customer support, food delivery, e-commerce, or call centers
- Understanding of restaurant and delivery logistics

Compensation & Work Setup

- $4–$6 per hour to start
- Full-time, 40 hours per week (8-hour shifts, fixed schedule)
- 100% remote – work from anywhere with a stable internet connection
