JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help our e-commerce business with daily customer support, order tracking, and other administrative tasks. If you have excellent communication skills and advanced English proficiency, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support (Email & Tracking Assistance): Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails, provide order updates, and resolve basic inquiries.
Order Tracking Monitoring: Review shipping statuses daily, investigate delays or missing items, and coordinate with carriers when necessary.
Administrative Tasks: Perform minor clerical duties such as updating spreadsheets, organizing data, and other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
Advanced English Proficiency: Must have strong writing and communication skills.
Attention to Detail: Able to identify and address issues quickly.
Basic Tech Skills: Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and related software (training provided).
Reliability: Available consistently for 2 hours each day.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Able to troubleshoot common customer questions efficiently.
Hours & Compensation:
Schedule: 2 hours per day (timing can be flexible).
Pay Rate: $4 per hour.
