JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly dedicated and reliable Virtual Assistant to handle Customer Support. Personality is extremely important—we want someone who is proactive, energetic, and committed to delivering top-notch service!

Must Have:
-Excellent English communication skills (both written & verbal)
-Strong work ethic & reliability—we need someone who takes ownership of their tasks

-Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries/tickets efficiently
-Tech-savvy & quick learner

Key Responsibilities:
-Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone
-Handle multiple tasks effectively
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
-Provide top-notch customer service with a positive attitude
-Communicate clearly in fluent English
-Resolve customer concerns accurately and positively

Plus to Have:
-Customer Support experience is a plus
