Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Follow-Up
-Use
-Call and follow up with leads to convert them into customers.
-Manage and track all leads efficiently using GoHighLevel CRM.
CRM & Customer Data Management
-Input and maintain customer information in GoHighLevel and RentCentric CRM.
-Keep customer data organized, updated, and properly tracked.
Onboarding & Documentation
-Serve as the primary contact for onboarding new clients.
-Ensure all client information is correctly entered into our system.
-Prepare and send rental agreements and payment requests daily.
Customer Support & Communication
-Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential and existing clients.
-Respond to customer inquiries and concerns professionally via calls,
-Provide exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction.
Social Media Management & Content Creation
-Create engaging content to generate leads and boost brand awareness.
-Perform basic video editing for impactful marketing content.
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service and appointment setting.
Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly GoHighLevel.
Strong lead generation and conversion skills through social media and direct outreach.
Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
