Virtual Assistant / Customer Service Representative - Car Rental Agency

Responsibilities:

• Use Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms to attract and engage potential clients.
• Call and follow up with leads to convert them into customers.
• Manage and track all leads efficiently using GoHighLevel CRM.

???? CRM & Customer Data Management
• Input and maintain customer information in GoHighLevel and RentCentric CRM.
• Keep customer data organized, updated, and properly tracked.

???? Onboarding & Documentation
• Serve as the primary contact for onboarding new clients.
• Ensure all client information is correctly entered into our system.
• Prepare and send rental agreements and payment requests daily.

???? Customer Support & Communication
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential and existing clients.
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns professionally via calls, emails, and messages.
• Provide exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction.

???? Social Media Management & Content Creation
• Create engaging content to generate leads and boost brand awareness.
• Perform basic video editing for impactful marketing content.

Requirements:

? Proven experience in customer service and appointment setting.
? Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly GoHighLevel.
? Strong lead generation and conversion skills through social media and direct outreach.
? Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
? Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
