We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with excellent communication skills in English (mandatory). You should use ChatGPT and AI software to translate and respond in different languages.

We are seeking a skilled customer service representative to handle various tasks, such as managing customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media, solving customer issues, and providing an outstanding customer experience for our international clients.

In this role, you will be engaged in activities such as:
-Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in Dutch, English, or optionally German and/or French.
-Resolving customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
-Processing returns and refunds in accordance with company policies.
-Answering customer questions about products and services.
-Maintaining a customer-first experience to achieve high satisfaction levels.
-Providing personalized follow-ups to ensure customer needs are fully met.
-Collaborating with the operations team to resolve product-related issues.
-Maintaining a database to log recurring issues, track product improvement suggestions, and document challenging customer questions for future reference and resolution.
-Performing various tasks to enhance the customer journey.

This is you:
-Fluent in at least two of the following languages: Dutch & English and optionally German and/or French. (fluency in more is a plus)
-Proactive, reliable, and customer oriented.
-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
-Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of CRM tools and Google Drive.
-Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
-A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
-Professionalism and discretion in handling customer and company information.
-Reliable and dependable in meeting deadlines.
-Open to using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to enhance productivity.
-Available to work from Monday to Saturday, as customer service is active on these days.
