Job Description:
We’re seeking a proactive, organized, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support our team with key administrative and customer service tasks. Your work will play a crucial role in keeping our operations efficient, our customers happy, and our team focused on what they do best. Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Customer Success Support: Responding to emails and phone calls to ensure customer inquiries are answered promptly and professionally.
2. Scheduling Management: Organizing and coordinating team schedules to ensure seamless service delivery.
3. KPI & Timesheet Tracking: Managing timesheets and tracking key performance indicators to help us maintain operational excellence.
4. Data Entry: Accurately entering and updating customer, scheduling, and financial data into our systems.

Requirements
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time management skills: You can handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Technical proficiency in common software applications, including Outlook, Excel, QuickBooks Online, and CRM tools like LMN and RealGreen.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Attention to detail in managing schedules, tracking metrics, and handling customer interactions.
