Position: Virtual Assistant (Customer Support & Fulfillment Coordination)
Work Hours: 5-6 hours per day
Salary: $300/month (with opportunities for increases based on performance)
Payment: Weekly for the first month, then biweekly
Platform: Shopify and Gmail
Location: Remote
This work is exclusive and solely under my company only, you won't be able to work with 2 companies at the same time.

About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Virtual Assistant to manage customer inquiries across multiple e-commerce brands. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to customer service.

Responsibilities:
? Respond to customer emails professionally, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
? Offer solutions to customers, ensuring high satisfaction and brand reputation.
? Handle escalations, including dealing with dissatisfied or angry customers.
? Coordinate with fulfillment partners via WhatsApp to manage info, cancellations, and updates.
? Follow Provided Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and efficient customer service.
? Use Shopify to track orders, manage customer information, and update order statuses.

Requirements:
???? Experience with Shopify (preferred).
???? Excellent written communication skills in English.
???? Ability to handle difficult customer situations with professionalism and empathy.
???? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
???? Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.
