Peaknetic is an executive coaching and leadership development company creating online courses and digital content to help professionals maximize their performance. We are looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to help us upload, organize, and manage our course content on
Responsibilities:
*Upload and organize video content on
*Manage and structure course materials on Thinkific (or other LMS platforms).
*Ensure all content is correctly formatted, labeled, and sequenced for easy navigation.
*Perform light editing or adjustments if needed before uploading.
*Maintain consistency in branding, tone, and course layout.
*Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues within platforms.
*Document processes and provide recommendations for workflow improvements.
*Assist in other administrative tasks related to content management and course development.
Requirements:
*Strong English proficiency (written and spoken) – Must be able to communicate clearly.
*Experience with
*Tech-savvy – Comfortable learning and using new digital tools.
*Detail-oriented & organized – Able to follow guidelines and ensure accuracy.
*Self-motivated & proactive – Can work independently with minimal supervision.
*Basic video editing skills (preferred but not required).
*Fast internet connection & reliable computer.
Bonus Skills (Not Required but a Plus):
*Experience with Canva or other design tools.
*Familiarity with other LMS platforms (Kajabi, Teachable, etc.).
*Previous experience in content creation, e-learning, or virtual assistance.
