We are seeking a talented and creative Virtual Assistant to help us craft compelling content, enhance our online presence, and drive engagement through email, text marketing, and social media channels.

Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Virtual Assistant with expertise in content creation, graphic design, and social media management. The ideal candidate will be highly creative, detail-oriented, and experienced in using Canva to develop professional and eye-catching designs. You will play a critical role in building brand awareness, engaging with our audience, and supporting our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

Develop engaging, creative, and high-quality content for email campaigns, text marketing, and social media posts.
Design professional graphics, promotional materials, and marketing visuals using Canva.
Social Media Management:

Plan, schedule, and manage posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and monitor analytics to improve performance.
Research trends and apply them to content to stay relevant and engaging.

Email
and Text Marketing:

Write, edit, and distribute email and SMS campaigns to our target audience.
Track campaign performance and suggest improvements for better results.
Graphic Design:

Create visually appealing designs tailored to real estate marketing (flyers, infographics, banners, etc.).
Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s aesthetic and messaging.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in content creation, graphic design, and social media management.
Proficiency with Canva; experience with other design tools is a plus.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms, analytics tools, and best practices.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
Knowledge of real estate marketing is a bonus but not required.
