JOB OVERVIEW

Christchurch based waterproofing company looking for a virtual Assistant. The successful
applicant will complete day-to-day admin tasks to help our office run efficiently. You will
work closely with the managers daily in a rewarding working environment, and your income
will be based on your previous experience with the ability to grow with the company.
Administration tasks
• Personal assistant
• Social media video editing and creation
• Social media marketing
Email management
• Appointment setting
• Data entry

Position requirements
• Proficient with MS office (EXCEL, word etc.)
• Basic CANVA skills
• Squarespace skills
• SimPRO skills useful
• Speak very good English
• Strong organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
• Applicant must have a positive attitude towards change
• Able to identify the need, remove the barriers
• Values diversity of ideas, opinions, and people
• Has good common sense and applied logic
