1. Office Administration:
- Process, manage, and pay invoices using Xero.
- Upload financial documents and maintain accurate bookkeeping records.
- Create and process client invoices.
- Manage day-to-day data entry tasks and ensure records are up-to-date.

2. Website Support & Content Management:

- Assist with basic website updates, formatting text, and uploading images.
- Ensure website information is accurate, well-organized, and properly maintained.
- Support in preparing graphics for marketing or website use (basic design skills preferred).

3. Digital Tools & Workflow Management:
- Use Notion to streamline workflows, organize data, and improve team collaboration.

4. Social Media Management (Optional):

- Assist with scheduling posts and managing accounts to enhance online presence.

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience in administrative roles or as a Virtual Assistant.
- Proficiency in Xero and Notion for financial and organizational tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.
- Bonus: Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
