We’re looking for a Cold Calling Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team and connect with potential clients. If you have strong communication skills, experience in outbound sales, and the ability to handle objections with confidence, we want to hear from you!

About the Role:
This is a part-time, remote position requiring a minimum of 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday. The pay is $10/hour + commission on closed deals. As a Cold Calling VA, you will play a key role in reaching out to prospects, qualifying leads, and setting up appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to potential clients using provided lead lists.
- Engage prospects, handle objections, and follow the provided call scripts.
- Qualify leads and determine if they meet our criteria.
- Book appointments with decision-makers and update the CRM accordingly.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, responses, and scheduled meetings.
- Meet daily and weekly KPI targets for booked appointments.

Requirements:
- Fluent English (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
- Proven experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or outbound sales.
- Ability to handle objections and keep prospects engaged.
- Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., Close CRM, GoHighLevel, or similar).
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for making calls.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet performance targets.

Work Hours & Compensation:
