Pay: $3–$5/hour (negotiable based on experience)
Remote | Flexible Hours | Long-Term Work

Job Overview:

I’m looking for a reliable, proactive assistant to help with:

Hotel outreach for art commissions (paid or discounted in exchange for a stay)
Coordinating travel logistics for painting projects
Managing communications & client follow-ups
Pinterest & social media marketing to promote my work
Responsibilities:

Client Outreach & Hotel Negotiations
1. Find hotels interested in art commissions (discounted in exchange for a free stay)
2. Send 6–7 emails per day to potential hotel clients
3. Negotiate deals & showcase my portfolio
4. Coordinate logistics (paint stores, canvases, or if hotels can provide supplies)
5. Follow up with potential clients

Social Media & Pinterest Marketing
1. Schedule & post Pinterest content consistently
2. Grow my audience & drive sales to my online products
3. Create engaging content and monitor performance
4. Help with other social media tasks as needed

Ideal Candidate:

1. Experience in client outreach & business development
2. Comfortable in artistic & creative fields (familiar with art supplies, etc.)
3. Strong communication & negotiation skills (especially with hotels)
4. Social media experience (especially Pinterest)

Goals:

1. First Week: Secure a one-month hotel stay through negotiations
2. Ongoing: Line up each stay back-to-back, securing the best travel deals
3. Efficiency: Only contact me when needed (or if I reach out first)
4. Daily Task: Send 6–7 outreach emails to target hotels
