Virtual Assistant - Click Up Proficient

Job Title: Virtual Assistant

Location: Remote (Work from Home). Must be able to work UK time zone hours.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 8:00 am – 11:00 am UK time (3 hours per day to start, increasing to 4 hours after training)
Weekend: 1 hour (flexible timing, task-based)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Virtual Assistant to join our team. You will help with various tasks such as customer service, processing online orders, and managing projects. Experience with ClickUp (project management tool) and Canva (design tool) is important. You should also understand how eCommerce (online shopping) and Shopify works.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Respond quickly and professionally to customer emails.
Communicate effectively in English.
Solve customer problems and answer their questions.
Order Processing:

Handle online orders efficiently.
Create shipping labels based on the weight of the package.
Make changes to orders if customers request them.
Content Creation:

Use Canva to design cards with gift messages from customers.
Create promotional materials for email marketing and website promotions.

Project Management (using ClickUp):

Attend team meetings.
Understand everyone's roles and responsibilities.
Create projects in ClickUp and assign tasks to team members.
Regularly check projects and remind team members about incomplete tasks.

Shopify Product Management:

Upload new products to our website using Shopify.
Use AI tools to write attractive product descriptions.
Fill in product details like tags and categories.

Data Analysis:

Enter data for Google Ads.
Monitor important numbers (metrics) to see how ads are performing.
Inform our Google Ads team if numbers are lower than expected.



Email Marketing:

Use AI tools to write seasonal email content and Canva to create compelling visuals.
Group customers based on what they have bought.
Send different email campaigns to different customer groups.

Product Research:

Research popular products on social media in the UK.
Record your findings and recommendations in a spreadsheet.

Qualifications:

Experience in customer service, Shopify, eCommerce, and project management.
Familiar with ClickUp, Canva, Shopify and AI content tools.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently.
Can handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Good understanding of digital marketing and data analysis.
