Virtual Assistant – Car Rental & Short-Term Rental Management

Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Virtual Assistant to manage logistics, customer communication, and operational tasks for our car rental and short-term real estate rentals. This role requires strong English proficiency, both spoken and written, as well as the ability to handle administrative duties, sales outreach, and research. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, adaptable, and comfortable learning new tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Rental Management & Logistics
Oversee the day-to-day operations of car rentals and short-term property rentals.
Coordinate vehicle availability, rental schedules, and maintenance needs.
Manage property listings, reservations, and guest communication.
Ensure smooth check-ins/check-outs and handle any issues that arise.
Customer & Lead Management
Communicate professionally with English-speaking clients, answering inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Call leads, follow up on sales opportunities, and assist in converting prospects into customers.
Handle customer service requests, resolve complaints, and escalate issues as needed.
Marketing & Research
Conduct market research on competitive pricing, customer trends, and services to improve offerings.
Assist in promoting listings and optimizing online visibility.
Identify potential marketing channels and partnerships to increase bookings.
Administrative Support
Maintain rental records, customer databases, and transaction logs.
Manage software tools related to car and property rental operations.
Assist with invoicing, payment tracking, and reporting.


Requirements:
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to learn and work with rental management software, CRM tools, and spreadsheets.
Comfortable handling sales calls and engaging with potential clients.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and problem-solve efficiently.
High-speed internet connection and access to necessary tech equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in car rentals, hospitality, or property management.
Familiarity with platforms like Airbnb, VRBO, Turo, or similar.
Background in sales, customer service, or logistics.

Compensation & Work Schedule:

Full-time remote position with required availability during 8 AM - 5 PM MST
