We are looking for an experienced and proactive Virtual Assistant from the Philippines to join our team and support our growing business. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our CRM software, conducting cold calls to generate and close sales, processing payments, maintaining social media platforms, and supporting various marketing activities. Key Responsibilities:
CRM Management: Efficiently manage our customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, clients, and communications. Update records, schedule follow-ups, and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.
Cold Calling & Sales: Conduct outbound cold calls to potential leads, introduce our products/services, qualify leads, and convert them into sales. Follow up on leads, handle objections, and close sales over the phone.
Payment Processing: Oversee payment processing, ensuring smooth transactions, confirming payment details, and providing customers with payment receipts.
Social Media Management: Regularly update and manage social media platforms
Marketing Support: Assist with creating and scheduling
Requirements:
Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in virtual assistance, CRM management, sales, cold calling, social media management, or digital marketing.
Skills:
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
Strong sales skills with experience in cold calling and closing deals
Comfortable processing payments through online platforms
Knowledge of social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.)
Ability to write engaging content for social media and marketing campaigns
Basic knowledge of digital marketing (SEO,
Tech Skills:
Comfortable with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and online communication tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.)
Familiarity with online payment platforms (PayPal, Stripe, etc.)
Fluent in English: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to engage customers professionally.
Detail-Oriented & Organized: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and stay organized.
Self-Motivated: Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
Preferred:
Experience in sales and payment processing.
Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Spark, etc.) for social media content.
Familiarity with
Previous experience in a remote work setting.
