Job Title: Virtual Assistant / Business Manager / Executive Assistant
Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hrs/week) or Part-Time (20-30 hrs/week)

About the Role:
I’m a private chef and entrepreneur passionate about plant-based cooking. My main focus is cooking, but as my business grows, I need an exceptional Virtual Assistant to help me manage the backend work so I can focus on what I do best.
I also juggle another job while growing my business, so I need someone highly experienced, proactive, and resourceful who can take ownership of tasks without constant supervision. If you’re the type who anticipates needs, brings solutions, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management (Priority)
Create and maintain a strategic content calendar for TikTok, Instagram,
Edit, schedule, and post engaging short-form and long-form content (reels, videos, graphics, captions).
Research trending topics, hashtags, and content ideas to increase engagement.
Conduct inbound & outbound engagement to grow followers and brand visibility.
Monitor analytics and insights to adjust strategies for growth.
Assist in planning collaborations, sponsorships, and influencer outreach.
Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
2. Administrative & Business Support (Priority)
Email
Scheduling & calendar management: Ensure meetings, deadlines, and follow-ups are properly organized.
CRM & lead management: Track leads, organize contacts, and ensure follow-ups are timely.
General research: Keep track of relevant business opportunities, trends, and industry updates.
Basic bookkeeping & expense tracking (if experienced).
Organizing digital files & workflows to keep everything streamlined.
3. Online Course & Content Support
Assist in planning, structuring, and organizing online meal prep classes via Zoom.
Help develop digital resources like PDFs, worksheets, and guides for students.
Support video content creation for YouTube (long & short-form), social media, and potential platforms like Skillshare.
Research and implement best practices for online course platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
Assist in community management for course participants, including follow-ups and engagement.

Who You Are:
Highly experienced (2+ years as a VA, business manager, or executive assistant).
A self-starter who doesn’t wait for instructions—someone proactive and reliable.
Honest, trustworthy, and committed to growing with the business.
Exceptional at communication and organization.
Social media-savvy and up-to-date on current trends.
Familiar with tools like: Canva, Adobe suit, CapCut, Trello, Google Suite, Meta Business Suite, Notion, etc.
Bonus if you have: experience in lead generation, graphic design, or marketing strategy.
