Virtual Assistant / Business Development / Website Development

We are seeking a PART TIME, proactive, creative and versatile Virtual Assistant / Business Development Coordinator/WEBSITE Development to support our Life Science Consulting Staffing Company. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a knack for multitasking across various functions including website design, Pharmaceutical, Medical device and Biotechnology industries research, potential client engagement, proposal development, social media management, content creation, and general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Website design:**
- Creatively work to design company logo & website, user experience and functionality.
- Conduct competitor analysis to inform design decisions.

2. **Research:**
- Perform market research to identify potential business opportunities.
- Recruit consultants

3. **Cold Calls & Emails:**
- Initiate contact with prospective clients and consultants through calls and emails.

4. **Proposal Development:**
- Assist in drafting proposals tailored to client needs.
- Ensure timely submission of proposals by managing deadlines effectively.

5. **Social Media Management:**
- Create and schedule engaging content across various platforms (e.g., Monster, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Monitor engagement metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

6. **Content Creation:**
- Develop written content for marketing materials and possible articles.
- Ongoing updates to existing content for clarity and effectiveness.

7. **Administrative Support:**
- Onboarding new consultants
- Handle correspondence and maintain organized files/documents.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in digital tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite) and social media platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with graphic design principles is a plus (for website/logo/content purposes)
- BONUS: Experience working in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device and Biotechnology Industries or Life Science industry.
