Alpha Capital is a vertically integrated real estate investment and lending firm. We provide bridge loans, DSCR loans, and fix & flip financing for real estate investors across the U.S. Our team is fast-moving, growth-driven, and focused on providing personalized service to real estate operators and investors.

We’re currently expanding our lending division and are hiring a Virtual Assistant to lead business development and lead generation efforts for our loan programs.

Role Overview
As our Lending Business Development VA, your mission is to source and qualify potential borrowers and build a pipeline of lending opportunities. You will reach out to real estate investors, mortgage brokers, and other professionals using cold email, social media, and CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through:
Cold email & SMS outreach
LinkedIn, Facebook, and investor forums
Outreach to mortgage brokers, wholesalers, agents
Manage and nurture leads in CRM (we’ll train you)
Set appointments for Alpha Capital’s lending team
Assist in preparing follow-up messages, pre-qual forms, and lending materials
Track outreach activity and weekly performance
Participate in team meetings and submit daily reports

Requirements
Excellent written and spoken English
Experience with lead generation, appointment setting, or sales outreach (preferred)
Comfortable using tools like CRM, Gmail, Slack, LinkedIn, Google Sheets
Organized, consistent, and self-motivated
Basic knowledge of real estate investing or lending is a plus (not required — we train)

Compensation & Bonus Plan
Base Pay: $4/hour (paid weekly via Wise )

Bonus Program:
Earn performance-based bonuses for every loan you help bring in.

Loan Funded Bonus Payout
$100K – $249K = $50 BONUS
$250K – $499K= $100 BONUS
$500K – $999k= $200 BONUS
$1M+= $400 BONUS

Additional Incentives:
Monthly bonus for top performer
Promotion path into Loan Officer Support or Senior VA roles
Paid training & access to real estate lending tools and scripts
