Virtual Assistant (Brand Outreach and Social Media Management)

Work Hours: 4 hours per day, 3 days a week (12 hours/week) and 1x a Week Sync
Compensation: $2 Hourly + Commission Based on Engagements Secured

Role Overview:
As a Virtual Assistant, you’ll drive brand outreach and social media engagement. You'll connect with potential partners (restaurants, lounges, organizations) and manage interactions on Instagram. You’ll work closely with the founder, focusing on expanding the community and establishing EverWell as a leader in mindful living.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Engagement (1 Hour per Day):
- Send Direct Messages (DMs)
- Post Content
- Track Social Media Interactions

Brand Outreach (3 Hours per Day):
- Outreach to Restaurants & Lounges
- Organize Speaking Engagements
- Write and Send Outreach Emails

Weekly Deliverables:
45 - 50 brand outreach emails sent.
30 - 40 DMs sent.
At least 1 confirmed partnership or engagement secured each week (paid commission per engagement).
