Virtual Assistant – Automation & Funnel Specialist

What You’ll Do:

- Set up and optimize automation workflows using GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar platforms
- Build high-converting funnels for lead generation, sales, and client onboarding
- Integrate CRM systems, email marketing tools, and third-party apps for seamless automation
- Troubleshoot and enhance automation processes to improve efficiency
- Assist with data tracking, reporting, and performance analysis
- Collaborate with our team to streamline and improve business operations

Requirements:

- Proven experience in funnel building and automation (GHL preferred, but others like ClickFunnels, Zapier, ActiveCampaign, etc., are a plus)
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, email marketing, and automation strategies
- Tech-savvy with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize workflows
- Detail-oriented, organized, and a problem-solver
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
