Virtual Assistant / Appointment Setter

About the Role:

I’m looking for a Virtual Assistant with a strong sales background, an interest in fitness, and a willingness to learn and grow in a supportive environment. You’ll be working directly with me to manage outreach and booking calls for my health and fitness coaching business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and respond to outbound messages on Instagram (with potential to expand to other platforms in the future).
* Find and engage new prospects who align with our ideal client (someone passionate about fitness and ready for a lifestyle change).
* Efficiently book discovery calls and follow up with leads.
* Proactively reach out to new followers and engage in meaningful conversations.
* Unfollow accounts that aren’t engaging with our brand, to maintain a clean and active account.

Four Key Requirements:

1. Good written English.
2. Super reliable, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
3. Passionate about fitness and eager to learn more about the health and wellness industry.
4. Committed to long-term growth—once you’re part of the team, we’ll work together to make this role full-time and add more responsibilities.
