We’re on the lookout for a results-driven eCommerce VA to help grow The Foundation Raw brand. The Virtual Assistant is a great opportunity for a self-starter to take ownership of our digital presence across all our sales channels, including Amazon SC, Shopify, and Social Commerce. The Omnichannel VA should feel comfortable in their ability to wear many hats and bring rapid progress to an organization, working independently and executing growth strategies with limited resources.
This role is a highly critical role within The Foundation Raw, and will work directly with the President of the company and some 3rd party relationships.
As a Virtual Assistant, you will support our e-commerce operations by managing product listings, optimizing SEO, handling customer inquiries, assisting with order fulfillment, and other crucial tasks. Your role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our Amazon and Shopify stores and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords.
• Handle customer service inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist with order processing and fulfillment, coordinating with warehouses and shipping providers.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities for product and sales growth.
• Implement and manage advertising campaigns to drive traffic and sales while remaining profitable.
• Generate and analyze sales and performance reports to inform business decisions.
• Stay updated on Amazon and Shopify policies and best practices to ensure compliance and account health.
• Coordinate with other third-party relationships for creative content creation and editing.
• Maintain records of regularly measured KPIs and report on performance against KPI goals.
• Execute marketing activities, promotions, new product launches and other activities necessary to support the brand online; understand marketing calendar and how it works together for one cohesive brand.
• Monitor competitive activity, review digital touch points, communicate and identify opportunities for sales growth.
• SEO – Recommend key word optimization for listings, ads, and organic ranking.
• Coordination and scheduling of social media assets as planned within the marketing calendar
Required Skills
• Proven experience with set up, management, and conflict resolution of Amazon seller accounts.
• Proven experience managing Shopify accounts.
• Strong understanding of SEO and keyword optimization.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central and other e-commerce tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Requirements / Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Degree in marketing / communications / digital / business / media
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in E-Commerce/digital marketing
• Minimum 3+ years of experience with Amazon Vendor Central/Amazon Seller Central
• Minimum 3+ years of experience with Shopify
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in SEO
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and advanced use of Excel, strong analytical skills
