About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant to support the daily operations of our Amazon business. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and has experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
The successful candidate will be responsible for inventory management, liaising with suppliers, handling shipments, customer service, and scheduling social media posts. If you have experience with Amazon account management and inventory tracking, along with basic graphic design skills, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
???? Inventory & Supply Chain Management
- Ordering inventory and ensuring stock availability across the US, UK, and Germany marketplaces
-Liaising with suppliers to confirm stock levels, lead times, and order fulfillment
-Creating purchase orders and maintaining accurate records
-Managing shipments – from creation to inventory arrival, including:
-Coordinating with freight forwarders
-Tracking shipments and ensuring timely delivery
-Updating inventory reports
???? Data & Reporting
-Executing regular inventory management reports
-Maintaining KPI sheets (data entry, no analysis required)
???? Customer Service & Amazon Account Management
-Managing customer messages on Amazon and website inquiries
-Troubleshooting issues related to the Amazon account (e.g., suppressed listings, stranded inventory, etc.)
???? Social Media & Graphic Design (Basic)
-Scheduling social media posts (Instagram)
-Basic graphic design tasks (preferably Canva, Photoshop, or Figma)
???? Other Tasks
-General administrative and ad hoc support as needed
Requirements
? Experience & Skills:
At least 1 year of experience working with Amazon Seller Central (required)
Experience with inventory management (preferred)
Experience using SoStocked inventory management software (a plus)
Familiarity with Helium 10 (desired)
Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or Figma (preferred)
Knowledge of ClickUp (a plus)
? Soft Skills:
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Strong written and spoken English (fluency required)
Able to communicate effectively with suppliers and tea
Comfortable with independent problem-solving
? Work Setup:
Available for Western European working hours during onboarding and training
