Job Overview:
We are seeking skilled and proactive Virtual Assistants to join our growing team. This role involves providing administrative and customer support to businesses, ensuring smooth operations. If you’re organized, communicative, and experienced with Zendesk, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
Administrative Tasks: Manage calendars, emails, and schedules.
Customer Support: Handle emails, manage Zendesk tickets, and Discord chat moderation.
Data Management: Perform data entry, maintain spreadsheets, and update CRM systems.
Client Relations: Coordinate meetings, send follow-ups, and manage client data.
Operations Assistance: Support with bookkeeping, track expenses, and compile reports.

Qualifications:
Zendesk expertise is required.
Experience in remote support or virtual assistant roles.
Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Discord, and Slack.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.
Open to shift-based work for 24/7 support.
