JOB OVERVIEW

Hours: Full-Time | Graveyard Shift

We are seeking a responsible, professional, and efficient Virtual Assistant with strong organizational skills and previous experience. This role requires proficiency in Google Docs or Excel and strong English communication. The job entails a mixture of administrative duties and work in one of several secondary skill areas.

Responsibilities (Admin duties ~30% of daily workload):

-Lead management
-Data entry
-Scheduling
-Minimal outbound calling
Secondary Skills: In addition to administrative tasks, the ideal candidate will be proficient in at least ONE of the following:

-SEO
-Web design (Themes or Elementor)
-Copywriting

You do not need to be proficient in all of these, but having skills in one area will allow you to contribute to other departments when admin tasks are completed.

Requirements:

-Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant
-Strong organizational and time management skills
-Proficient in either Google Docs or Excel
-Strong written and spoken English communication skills
-Ability to work graveyard shift
-Proficiency in one of the secondary skills (SEO, web design, copywriting)

Benefits: (kick in after 3 month probationary period)

-Raise after passing a 3-month probationary period (will depend on secondary skill)
