Overview:
We are looking to hire at least two Virtual Assistants to support the cleaning company we partner with, which operates in Gulf Shores. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support the daily administrative operations of the cleaning company. This role involves handling phone inquiries, managing schedules, assisting with team communication, and streamlining workflow to enhance efficiency.

Job Type: Seasonal Full-Time March–October, Reduced Hours November–February
Work Hours: 8 AM – 8 PM CST (Flexible Shifts)

Key Responsibilities:
* Phone Support: Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls, screen and direct inquiries, and take notes as needed.
* Email & Chat Support: Filter and prioritize emails, handle simple inquiries, and escalate important messages.
* Administrative Tasks & Data Entry: Maintain and update inventory, notes, and checklists within Resort Cleaning software.
* Daily Schedule Monitoring: Ensure task statuses are updated and communicate necessary subtasks to clients for approval.
* Team Support: Respond to team questions, coordinate with owners when necessary, and facilitate smooth communication.
* Applicant Screening & Interview Scheduling: Review job applicants, screen qualified candidates, and schedule interviews.
* Google Drive Management: Organize and maintain essential documents, forms, and spreadsheets.
* (Optional) Social Media Assistance: Help with basic social media management if needed.

Requirements:
* Experience as a Virtual Assistant, Admin Assistant, or similar role.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
* Proficiency in Google Drive, spreadsheets, and administrative tools.
* Experience in handling calls and providing customer support is a plus.
* Prior knowledge of Resort Cleaning software or similar software.

Additional Information:
Training will be provided to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
The position has higher demand from March to October, with reduced hours during the off-season (November–February).
