About Us:
We are expanding our operations and seeking a Virtual Assistant with accounting experience to join our team. This is a full-time role with opportunities for growth as our business continues to evolve.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain financial records, including processing invoices and tracking payments
Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements
Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial forecasting
Perform reconciliations of bank statements and other financial data
Organize and manage digital financial records for easy access and retrieval
Support the accounting team in daily administrative tasks
Perform additional accounting-related tasks to improve team efficiency
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in virtual assistance, with accounting experience in Australia preferred
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets)
Ability to adapt to a growing role with increased responsibilities over time
